I will be off to Al-Anon Assembly weekend tomorrow. Groups from all over the state meet to share ideas and attend workshops. There is always great food and speakers. It's great to be around 100's of people just like me who share a common bond because we love alcoholics/addicts. By keeping the focus on our selves and our loved one we find serenity and peace.
